Only if they win out ( BIG IF) and Florida loses another game to an SEC opponent. I really think that if Tennessee wins the rest of their games ( doubtful) then Fulmer will go no where. Its just a big toss up as to who is going to win the SEC east, but at this point Tennessee is not counted out.....

Go Vols.....

I have thought about this since it was brought up on Vol calls......We need to get back to where we didn't depend on someone to lose to win our division....we contolled our own destiny no matter if South Carolina beats so and so, and Kentucky loses to blah blah blah......when are we going to take back what is ours??

If UF loses, they have a good shot when UT has only one away game left. UF plays at UGA and at USC, and they have to play Vandy, I think three tough games for them. But UT doesn't really deserve it with 3 20+ point loses, just because there is so much parity in the east.

I really don't want to see UT play LSU unless the defense can really really improve.

Ummm... what in God's green earth makes anyone think we will win out when we still have to face Spurrier, Arkansas, and Kentucky, shoot, even Vandy?

I don't want to win the east and get embarrassed AGAIN, this time by LSU.

I know what you mean, Tennesse has not been known in a long time to be the dominant one in the East. Hopefully all that will change very soon, if not...then something needs to be done. I just hope that Mike Hamilton is paying attention to all this!!!! lol

Just take this one game at a time.
No more bold predictions for the year.
We think about SC this week and that's all.

It's likely I'm confused here, but if we have 3 losses and UF has 3 losses, wouldn't UF get the nod from beating us?

Unfortunately no. IF Uf loses again it gives it right back to us. We only have two sec losses and florida has two also.

So we're going to win out huh?
lets see spurrier will come up with something to beat us
Mcfadden will run WILD on our defense
Woodson will destroy our secondary worse than wilson
vandy will play us tough as always.
Instead of thinking we'll win out we better worry about winn ing at least 2 more games. which I don't see the way we're playing. I'll agree I though after uga we had turned a corner and shown drastic improvement, but it seems we have gotten worse than we were at the beginning of the season after bama. I talked to a friend of mine, who is a bama fan and he couldn't believe that game, he didn't EXPECT bama to win.

THEN.....if SC beats Florida and we beat SC and we lose another conference game it goes to who is ranked highest in the BCS......

Cal doesn't count toward the sec, so UT would only have 2.

I agree, stay on target for USC, they are a very good team this year, even though they just lost to Vandy. I have watched them play several games and the Vandy game is a fluke. They will be very tough after what Bama did, SOS will birng it to the D.
