If we don't get into the NCS bowl, I'd like to see us in a bowl squared off against either Kansas State, UNC, or USCw any which would generate lots of excitement. Of the three, I'm for UNC only because we don't yet have enough depth to slug it out with USCw right now. We'd probably make a game o fit for 3 qtrs then fade due to depth issues.

you should probably do a bit of research

UNC:
Chick Fil A bowl (SEC #3/4/5 v ACC #2). Cant see UNC getting that high
Music City Bowl (SEC #6/7/8 v ACC #6). De Ja Vu but probably wont happen

Kanasa St:
Cotton Bowl (SEC #3/4/5 v Big 12 #2). We're not likely to get that high. KSU either

USC
No bowls that have a SEC v Pac 10 tie in. Nothing. Nada.

if we're throwing out bowls that will never happen I'd like to toss in playing U of Hawaii in the Aloha Bowl.

If this was a normal year and both teams played well enough you could see USC and UT play in a BCS bowl. You have to take the at large bids into consideration.

That being said, even if USC could get into a bowl game, neither one of the teams this year are likely good enough to get there.

I hope we don't play a bowl in 2011 after the 2011 season. I would prefer to play in 2012 in a New Year's Day Bowl or even later!

Cotton bowl is a possibility..didn't Oregon and auburn just play? Lol..USC wont happen for a while.

Yes sure, but see, I was talking about what I'd like to see, not what is actually possible. I'd like a Bentley too but given my income status I'm not likely to get one, even if I pimped Shirley.

Actually, I wasn't kidding. I'd like KSU because it would be a must see with UT going up against Bryce Brown and company. Nothing against the kid despite what went down but it would be a serious fun game to watch with the intrigue of the B. Brown saga.

USC, I'd love to see the Vols stick it to a Kiffin team, and it may even suck some serious recruits out of California if we beat them convincingly.

But like folks pointed out here, very unlikely to happen.
