Ohio State still had their starters in late against Iowa and they were absolutely just trying to pad stats, probably for Stroud’s Heisman campaign as they were up 40 against what is probably the worst P5 offense in the country. Why else would they be playing and throwing TDs with less than 10 minutes to go?

Yes. Stroud threw one up 30 points and another up 37 points, both in the fourth quarter.
