There is a bulletin board located just outside the football team's locker room at the University of Tennessee.
On it are numerous stories from newspapers and Internet sites.
But this isn't your typical bulletin board material.
The stories are about college football players from throughout the nation who recently have gotten in trouble with the law. The UT players study the stories, and sometimes, just to drive the point home, Coach Phillip Fulmer gathers his players and reads one of the articles to them.
