The committee won’t put a #1 seed at a geographic disadvantage to a 2 seed. So if we’re the last 1 seed and Arizona is the best 2 seed they wouldn’t seed us that way in the LA region

Or I should say they try their best not to. Having said that, I’d rather be a 1 playing Arizona in LA than playing Nova in Boston, Purdue in Omaha, or UVA in Atlanta. Those teams are in a different stratosphere than Arizona

Because they are the top 3 teams in the country right now. I believe so, but it's still good to play iffy teams if you get the chance.
