So we have one of the largest stadiums in the entire country but we don't have a top 15 fan base.... Those numbers alone should put us in the top 10. Someone please make it make sense.

There is an abundance of sports writers and commentators from Northwestern and 95% of them are terrible and terrible for sports in general.

You’d assume at least half the state are Vol fans so that’s 3.5m and then a little more than half of that are fans from out of state (1.5m or so), so 5m would be a good guess.

Tennessee base less than half it’s state population with almost virtually no other competition.

I call BS.

I could buy both numbers for the Alabama schools, but Tennessee’s is laughable.
