It's actually gray. I tried to make it light so that it wasn't too intrusive. I could try making it a bit darker if most are finding it hard to see.

I actually can't see it at all. May be my phone.

Is there some way to link to the end of a page or to have the redirect after posting go to the end.

I keep my posts per page very long to avoid changing pages constantly, but that makes the top to bottom traverse painfully slow.

Let me work on that. I have not been able to get it to actually go to the firs new post by clicking on the * only the last page. I will see if I can make a link to the last post.

I have also noticed that after I post in a thread it shows in the new posts list and it should not.
