Hate to hear that man, I was in your shoes four and a half years ago. I began mobilization in June 04... missed that entire season being in Mississippi training, spent nearly all of the 05 season in Tuz, Iraq (though it seems as if I didn't miss much considering how bad we were).

Though I was up all night watching the TN comeback win at LSU in 05 on satellite TV over there, ending the game with breakfast before crashing all day.

That's one of my fondest UT memories.

long to wait,but that gives kiffin time to get recruits at least. he is pretty good at recruiting. i think it was the year usc had reggie bush, kiffin was the recruiter for usc. the dudes got mad skills:):rock:

Merry Christmas!

Prediction for 2009, and yes, you can hold me to it...

We're gonna absolutely kill WKU. Game over by halftime, but we let the starters play the first drive of the 3rd qtr. After that, it's "who wants a job on the first team?". UT by 40.

UCLA comes into town, and gets blown out, early. We keep the starters through the 3rd qtr, just to get them ready for UF. UT by 30.

Close game at UF. Not sure if we can pull it off, but at least we don't get embarrassed. UF by 10.

After that, with the possible exception of Bama, we run the table.

And we slaughter Vandy and UK, as it should be.

10 wins. BCS. UT is back.

No kidding. Hold me to it.

Go Vols.

I had a similiar feeling last year and we know how that turned out but in all seriousness I think this year will be alot better than last. GO Vols!!!
