same as the poster who said

For-This is a young team with a new staff. It will take some time to right the ship.

FOR - 2 more years will be required to fairly judge this staff and the players they have recruited. If CDD's recruits come in and fail to show improvement over our current roster, then my outlook as I'm sure many others will feel the same....will be against.

For. Just because I think they're going to fail, doesn't mean I want that to happen.

FOR - Got to give Coach Dooley time. I'd like a quick fix as much as anyone, but that just isn't realistic. After the last couple of years, we need some consistency with the coaching staff. I still think that Dooley is going to surprise us with this upcoming recruiting class. Gotta build a strong foundation after the last few years of Coach Fulmer's regime and then Kiffin left us with a termite-ridden, sink-hole of a foundation. Dooley's got the bulldozers and concrete guys working around the clock to get something going. He needs some time, and we need to give it to him. However, I understand the frustration right now, especially after the UGA game.

For: There are some really good assistants on this staff that need the time it takes to develop the players we have/are-going-to-get whether they're highly rated or not. The program, while it needs much more elite talent, isn't going to play well anyway unless there's stability. There's not going to be any stability if we fire coaches who don't bring immediate results their first year

27. I find it hard to see anybody against the coaching staff. If the question was do you think this staff will succeed given appropriate time I think the answers may have been different.

As the question was originally asked, I will say for.

FOR-The coaches have instilled the work ethic that it takes to win. They just need to time to recruit and "refill the cupboard." and that will take 3-5 years in my opinion. Once Bray, Rogers, Hunter, Neal, Stone, James, and all of the other recruits gain some experience this will be a good team.

For - I liked Dooley since his first presser. He did a good job keeping the recruiting class together. Give him time and i believe he will be successful.

With all the complaining and moaning, I surprised there aren't many people against him.
