Guys, I'm looking to improve the VolNation Blog this year. I just finished redesigning it to comply with the overall theme to VolNation and now I'm looking to add contributors.

We have a few guys that have contributed in the past. Hat is posting his basketball insights and Lex has been very consistent in his contributions with Guitar Shots. We have a few others that also contribute from time to time. I try to post as my schedule allows, but I'm not much of a wordsmith.

I'm looking for people who are serious and can be consistent. I need people that have some blogging or writing experience and can bring something to the table that will be enjoyable to our readers.

This is a volunteer position, so yes, I am for people to provide something for nothing. But it does give you the opportunity for an instant audience and recognition among our large member base. I'm also looking to add a special "blogger" tag for those who contribute.

I'm only looking for one or two people, so if you aren't chosen, please don't take it personally.

I just called my job and quit,and ran to the bookstore and bought Blogging For Dummies.. Am i jumping the gun a tad soon freak?

Hey Freak what's your timeline? I know probably as soon as possible but is there a specific date you have in mind to end the search or stop receiving submission requests?

No set date but I would like to have a plan outlined in the next couple weeks.

Hey VF, if we mis-spell like they do over at KNS--will that be ok? :eek:lol::eek:lol: I might like to try it, but I am not a member at Volquest or Rivals--and I think that would be a necessity to garner info. I am a fair writer though.

Have quite a bit of interest so far -- some are what I'm looking for and some aren't. I'm going to leave this open for a few more days. Please get in touch with me if you are interested.

Hey Freak... If you are interested in having a video section on the website, ie. edited highlights of practices or any player/coach interviews, I am a video editor and would help out if you wanted/needed.
