Sounds pretty dead on, i dont think it's a bad idea lol. They should hire Fulmer just to stress test the ole server.

Just let people write their asinine comments, rumors, accusations, and threats on notebook paper and tape it to the screen.

This way, normal folks get a break from the cerebral powerhouses, and the internet tough guys still have a chance to complain.

Once the site comes back up, maybe they'll have forgotten they taped paper to the screen. We can talk like adults while they try to refresh their wide-ruled 'post.'

freak, vn is second to none when it comes to all things TN. i would gladly donate if you get something in place for that. thanks for all you do and don't feel bad if it has to go down for a bit. it might chill everyone out just a bit.

Freak, in my opinion you have completely changed Tennessee sports for me. I love gamedays and going to the game with 100,000 other people and that is a truly exciting day. Sometimes I can't make the games and have to stay home. To me, being able to get on Volnation and still have reactions with other UT fans is almost the next best thing. Being able to gripe about things and just have the interaction with other UT fans when ANY event happens helps my Tennessee addiction.(or maybe just feeds it) Either way thank you for everything. If you take the server offline for a few hours that is fine.
