1. Ty Chandler had 7 touches for 88 yards, hmmmm, but we don't need to involve him in the passing game apparently.
2. My worrry meter is officially on high, getting beat down on the line of scrimmage by Candy is beyond unacceptable, can Coach Pruitt motivate players? Not sure
3. Videographer thinks JG is a top QB in the conference, a top QB in the conference would NEVER look like that against the 85' Bears.
4. If CJP starts JG next year, I might not watch a game and definitely wont go in person. We must at all cost play someone else at QB.
5. This is Vandy, we lost every facet of the game, 100% of categories you can lose, we lost.
6. I am pissed, and sick of Butch excuses, there is ZERO reason to lose to this Candy team the way we did, has nothing to do with "Botch"

Why are you still making threads?

We got a head coach who is still learning how to be a head coach, coordinators learning how to be coordinators and a roster full of players, manyof which dont give a sh-t.

Thats how you get blown out by 2 teams with less talent than you...

We are Tennessee, not MTSU. The fact that any of that exists, especially the coaches with no experience part is beyond ludicrous.

It is all going to change with Neyland shrinking. One more year and we get a proven SEC ready HC. Assuming pruitt fails.

I would argue on the talent part of your comment. I have no evidence that our talent level is greater than MO and Vandy. It is what it is.

Auburn was the high water mark for this team. Kentucky? A fun game, but in hindsight, they played the most important game in most Kentucky fans lifetime the week before. A chance to beat GA and lock the SEC-E. Didn't happen. How motivated were they in Knoxville the next week? Granted, we played good and I don't want to take too much away from that victory, but I am under the impression that if we had played them in September, it might have had a different outcome.

Based on eyeball test (and recruiting rankings), we are more talented. The issue is those strategic genuises (Dooley, Odom, and Mason) had their teams prepared and they coached circles around us. They did to us what they did to no other SEC team...

You should listen to Pruitt's presser. He's not used to being around this little talent. I like his honesty.
It's pretty interesting from this point onwards:

Takeaways.. There were PLENTY of positions on this team where we were 1 deep. And, a strong and determined pitch towards recruiting. I think he's gonna start culling the herd.

Also.. Not making excuses, but it'd be interesting in a couple of years to take inventory on where some of the quarterbacks we played against this year end up in the NFL draft.

Fromm
Tua (whatever his last name is)
Lock
Grier
I'd even throw Vandy's qb in that mix. Hard to rebuild when you have one of the hardest schedules in the nation.

Yeah that is what they said when Neyland took over, i maybe wrong but i think he lost to Mr. Candy his first season, we gonna be fine.
