my eating habits are crazy. When I do a taco, hamburger, hotdog (I still want that to be my last Bastogne of what I don’t what to know how it’s made), I want it to be the most unhealthy thing made and then I’m done for awhile.That’s what I do. I make Americanized tacos with with ground chicken instead of beef as a meal prep about every other week. I use the soft carb balance tacos to limit calories as well. And I’ll add a salad or something to go with them to fill me up instead of eating four tacos. When I make burgers, I typically don’t use buns. Just covered in sautéed peppers and onions
