It is easy to transfer but I just tried to log in and couldn't.

But here is how to do offline.

When the message pops to save the file, save it. Then go to file management and online dynasty and hit load and it will save it as an online dynasty. It will basically start the whatever week over and you will be the only one in the dynasty.
