None of the haters on here realize that we don't want to do this every year. It's Halloween, Spurrier is making his bi-annual return, and it's more than likely a night game. Black and Orange IS Halloween. Regardless of what the old fogies on here say, it would look awesome. If it weren't on Oct 31, then I wouldn't be for it. You go to games for entertainment, and this has an incredible amount of potential to be the best game on that entire day.

I hated the black uniform idea totally!

However i thought about the fact that next year we travel to death valley where LSU seems to be the only home team that wears white. So just like the miracle comeback win in the Hurricane Katrina game in 2005, we will have to wear our home uniforms.

We start 2010 with 4 straight home games, in orange...I say that would be the time to try it if ever.....Forgive me NATION if this is a ludicrous idea, im kinda drunk from the Yuengling i brought back to Mass from the UCLA game. My first ever trip down to the BEST STATE in the USA!!!

If you feel the need to make another black uniform thread just as a rule of thump, DONT. Lane Kiffin and Hamilton have both said it takes over a year to get something like that done and it would have to have already been in the works before Kiffin was hired and they've both said this is not the case.
