I think this is always a fun topic...it really gets some riled up. I would not mind some change. I do realize that some are dead set on traditional colors....that is your choice.

I like the all orange unis.

I have to say I am a traditionalist, and really do not want anything changed. Having said that, I love these helmets.

No black please. We're the Tennessee volunteers, not the Tennessee haloween jack o' lanterns. I love the good ole orange and white just the way it is.

Without the black, most other fans think Tennessee looks like a bunch of traffic cones. With the black, we look like..........good question. And black and orange is a good look if you put it together right.

Black isn't one of our colors. We don't give a crap what other fans think of our colors.

Why black? Why not pink?

We have our colors and have our tradition. The only programs that do uni changes are teams without tradition. Oregon, UGA, and who could ever forget the Kentucky Black watch defense under Bill Curry in the 90's.

I hate to say it, but the baseball uniforms look better than the football uniforms. The black does add something to the uniform. I have been a fan since the 1960's and I know all about tradition. I also know the band uniforms are darker as well and they look great. Why not tie it all together. Gee, we create tradition all the time.

I don't think anybody is talking about going to an all-black uni...just adding some black outline or black lettering or something would be nice for a special game or something...although I like how USC, Penn St. never variate in their uni's.
