This class is shaping up nicely so far, but it definitely still needs immediate contributors on the defensive front seven. We're certainly in on a few, just gotta reel 'em in. Oh, and Humphries. We need him too, just 'cause he's awesome.

I like the talent coming in, seems that Wilcox is recruiting a certain TYPE playa. All seem to be well spoken, smart and great athletes. We shall see....

We don’t throw hot sauce on them on the final weekend and try to scoop them in. I don’t think that stands the test of time, and I don’t think guys that come here with that kind of hot sauce on them, (if) that appeals to them, are the kind of guys that stick. “Developing a deep relationship over time, selling what Tennessee has to sell, I think when you do that on enough players, eventually you’ll get a quality class.”

i agree with this. i wasn't trying to be defensive or mean to you, i just think that if we truly are going to get on top, we need more top recruits that come here, and lets hope DJ is one. all things point to this however defense thinks otherwise.

if we are to be truly honest here, with the exception of bowles and possibly some future commitments (like a humphries)......

i don't think tennessee is breaking anyone's heart out there.
