Apparently, I'm going to be in the minority here, but I'm just not that impressed with what limited reps I've seen from Kelly and Young. Not seeing either as being a feature back.
While Alvin Kamara hasn't announced his decision on whether he's staying or going to the NFL, will anyone be able to step up and fill Kamara's role in the offense without a big drop off in talent?
Obviously Jalen Hurd is Tennessee's Bell Cow, but beyond Jalen who's left to complement Hurd for 2016 provided Kamara doesn't return?

The same thing was said about Travis Stephens and we see how that turned out. We just never know until they get their shot.
Wasn't the deadline to declare yesterday, January 15th?
Isn't it too late for Kamara to declare?
Does this mean he's back by default or wasn't even considering leaving?
Not sure who even started the rumor that he may leave in the first place....
That being said.....John Kelly needs tons of more carries this next season.
Hurd, Kamara and Kelly all in the mix together could be best in Nation!
I'm hoping we stick with Fils-Aime so we can land Chandler and Richardson in the 2017 class. That would be an ideal haul of RBs who complement each other perf curly IMO.yeah, i really hope UT picks up another RB in this class. Fils-Aime looks like a pretty good 3* and being the #14 RB in the nation isn't anything to turn your nose up to (rivals). But we run, run, run. Kamara is 20 years old. He's only had really one year to be viewed by scouts and his only 100+ yard games were against Bowling Green and North Texas. As a fan, I love the 1,2 punch that he and Hurd brings to the game, but I can see how he can maybe not be happy with splitting reps, esp if his main goal was an early departure to the NFL.
Definitely next in line. Great burst, shifty, strong runner between the tackles. Not as talented as AK who I believe has elite talent, but he's clearly the heir apparent at this point if AK declares....unless Carlin Fils Amine is special as a freshman.
