What is the best option for a stone patio? I would think the Solo would create too much heat and damage the stone. Is a gas model a better option?
I actually have a relative that has this pit and it looks nice in the picture posted but looks slightly different in person. This is not the actual color of the paint. This is a rust design and it will get all over your hands as soon as you take it out of the box. The rust look is most definitely cool but my relative cleaned the rust off it and painted it with a high heat paint that donāt transfer onto your hands when you move it.Since I will be testing beaming Vols games to a 7'X7' screen outdoors during milder fall weather, I'm looking for additional ways to flaunt my Vol-ness. Does anyone own the item below. If so, do you think it was worth buying from a quality prospective?

Grab a 55 and split it in 2. Twice the fun at much less cost.Since I will be testing beaming Vols games to a 7'X7' screen outdoors during milder fall weather, I'm looking for additional ways to flaunt my Vol-ness. I love the look of it, but the issue I have with fire pits like that is they do not burn clean and smoke too much. You would be better off building a fire pit like the one in this video (no it is not my video) but I have built this fire pit and it works great.
As Long as it isnāt like we were in 2009The Vols will be on fire this fall too.

I don't have that firepit but looks cool.
I was planning on a similar set up. Have you thought about day games, the sun and a shade for the screen?
My man has a fire pit on wood deck...I own this fire pit. It is great. I built mine up about 2 1/2 feet with decorative bricks because I felt the fire was too low. It comes with a top cover in case you burn wood that pops and shoots sparks out. The expanded metal in the cut outs only lasted about two years, but it is easy to tack weld more on it. You can get a really tall flame without the top screen.View attachment 445182
