An excellent question & one I am interest in. I have always wanted to do the Vol Navy experience, but never have.

I have g10 parking & would be willing to pay and/or barter parking into space for two on a boat if anyone is interested. I will be flying in for Florida, Alabama, & Missouri games this year.

We keep our big boat at Ft Loudon marina and will be heading up Friday afternoon should be tied up at the VN docks by 5pm. For a game this large I would not wait until late in the day Saturday especially with the construction causing some of the docks to be gone. As far as a ramp I do not know what to tell you, I know of none super close because I am usually on the other end of the lake but I think there is one off Alcoa Highway by the national guard armory. One of the guys I moor up to usually puts in his 28' cruiser there and has no issues. If you do, we are in a 28' Glastron Express Cruiser named "The Bee Seas" and usually tie up by the gazebo. Will have about 10 friends joining us Saturday and we all spend the night so anyone wanting to tie up is welcome as long as they know we are there until Sunday morning.

This site has some fairly good info from time to time

There is retired river cruise ship they have set up for this week that is come one come all.
