I believe Freak said they would probably do one around 10:00AM Eastern Time if they were going to do a pregame show.

I know as of 2 days ago it was still on for tomorrow, but I don't know the start time. Is 10:00 am correct?

10 am? Someone will have to give me a wake up call. Maybe that could be the first call of the show. VN Live gets proactive and starts calling people.

Maybe we can get more listeners on VN live than viewers of college gameday... Okay maybe not, but I'll be listening :yes:

I'm going to miss out for work. I'll be back to the Nation at about half an hour before kick off....sorry i'm going to miss out.

I'm wondering if this is not a great idea. Everyone that wants to get involved send in their phone numbers to Freak, then when the show airs they'll be standin by. Speaking for myself the hoops to jump through to call in are so complicated, as I'm computer illiterate anyway, keep me from trying. Might also be something to think about having guests on the phone like possibly ex-players, current assistants, etc.

mother: who?!

freak: GAVol!

mother: who is this!!

freak: this is vol freak, ma'am.

mother: what in tarnation is a vall freak?!

freak: ma'am, we're doin' a live radio talk show about the Tennessee Volunteers & we'd like to speak to GAVol if that's alright.

mother: has this got anything to do with that galldern computer thang he's always on with the orange screen? I swear that boy sits in fronta that thang from mornin', noon & night! I keep tellin him if he don't go out'n get him a job, I'm gonna have it turned off! says he's a mediator or somethin' & he's gotta keep a eye on it in case somebody swears.

freak: well, that's right, ma'am. now, can we please speak to GAVol?

mother: sakes alive, hold on! Percy, get the phone!!!!!



~~Nah, I don't know if the reverse calling thing would work too well. :)

We are slated for 10:30 a.m EST...that is if Freak gets up....

We don't have a way to call out from the show...listen, you have a phone number to call, you hit a show ID number and then you are on hold, not a lot of hoops to jump through in my opinion.
