Um, most HS teams do not play on Tuesday or Wednesday...You can expect updates on weekends...when games are played.

When I was playing in high school 2 years ago for the 4 years we had 7 games on Monday nights. They did it because of interference with media. Then, two games were played on Saturday nights because of heat. So you never know.

Peterman/Hill/Redding/Peters/Santos/King/McNeil/Henderson are all playing tonight.

I probably won't update until Sunday but post stats if you can find them.

Justin King with a Forced Fumble as LB and 1 catch for 22 yards as a wide receiver for Dunwoody versus Mays High school.

Early 3rd quarter, Dunwoody trails Mays 28-6. Looks like it might be a long year for Dunwoody, but Justin is a one man wrecking crew. And what I mean by that is that he is the only guy out there playing both ways and doing the best the can with very little help.

blitz puts pressure on QB and defense with a Pick-6. Dunwoody now down 28-6

Not a good night for Bowles-
1 reception 18
3 carries for 17 yrds
2 td's (1 , 7)

Was held in check by Quincy Walden a 5'5" junior, his quarterback, and his coach.

D Bowles has been locked down by a 5'5" corner from South Gibson

You make that sound alot worse than it was. They threw the ball like 9 times. That was completely the coaches fault and his horrible quarterback's fault. Kinda hard to get locked down when your quarterback is terrible. Tell the whole story when you post please. Edit....his qb was 4-16 with one interception. That's not bowles getting locked down. When he actually touched the ball he scored...twice.

It had to been coaching. When you have a 5'5 DB on a 6'3+ WR...just toss it up there and let the kid go make a play. I had to laugh as well when I saw "locked down" to describe the situation. Maybe if the OLine just fell down at the snap of the ball we would hear how the DLine was just "blowing them up".

Fact- when they threw it his direction he was covered tightly. Other than one questionable interference call the kid played Bowles exceptional. Quit being so sensitive.
