Vol Club worth it?

Seems to be, but I guess it depends on how you value what they offer. At a minimum you're helping us get some great players.

I've been doing the $25 for a while now but recently bumped down to the $5 because they basically stopped sending me stuff.

I joined hoping that if me and a bunch of fellow Volnationers signed up and donated between $5-$100 a month that we, as a collective, could really help bolster our recruiting. And man…my hopes have been far exceeded!

Yes, I joined at the $25 level just to help. My nephew loves the tailgating events which is not my thing. For my university donation level this year,I qualified for address labels which my family thinks is hilarious.

I donate $100 month. Tailgates are great for home and away games. Swag is nice also. Worth my money just for the tailgates

I will say yes. I only did it in season last year, but the food and drinks at the tailgate are not bad. If you're not a tailgater doing your own thing it's a great deal. I don't have the ability to do a tailgate setup because I live 10 hours away and fly when I come in. So, I will be doing it again this year.

Question on the Tenn Tailgate at the plaza. I've been doing the Vol Club but have access to this one as well. Which one do you guys prefer? Or do a little of both?

The Chancellor, cheerleaders, Smokey and at times coaches from other sports will make appearances at the student union plaza tailgate.

I think the food is typically better at the Vol Club.

I may have to change my vote on this. After going Saturday it seems the number of people inside that confined area quadrupled over last year. The lines for food had to be at least 100 people deep and it was difficult to even maneuver. Even with the extra drink stands they set up it was still long lines. We didn’t stay. They need to expand the space and get more server areas with how much this has grown.

Also went to the Tenn tailgate for a few and while the cheerleaders came it was the mascot not the real Smokey. Still trying to figure out how to see the real Smoke dog.
