Vol Calls.....

Florida 1992.

Beautiful day going into the stadium. Then a very ominus cloud moved in. It rained 4 inches in 30 minutes. Water was literally coming down in sheets. Players were on the sideline were in ankle deep water. The field couldn't even begin to drain it.

Every person I have ever talked to who was there. All swear it was the hardest rain they have ever seen.

UF was heavily favored. We won 31-14.

Strange thing. Soon as the rain quit, it became a beautiful day again. Didn't rain another drop. It was like one big cloud did it all.

1992 was post reggie cobb. that was mose phillips.

for example, when you said the sky opened up and so did reggie cobb. cobb played his last college game in 1989.
Dude, when you have sat in that stadium as much as I have. Some of it runs together.

The awesome thing about that game. Not one single soul headed for the exits.

Like a sponge, baby. Always learning, or trying to remember s*** I forgot.
There is one thing I will admit.

I'm fuzzy on a few things because I drank back then. My brother has a seat cushion that has a spout right between your legs. They never caught it at the gate. It holds nearly a gallon.

I've honestly been to games, and had to read the sportspage the next morning to see who won.

One reason I haven't had a drink in 11 years.
