Okay. Charlie Brown's pals have Hearkened the season although apparently there is a second Peanuts episode being broadcast. Sadly, I missed the "hick". I think there are Indian casinos all over Florida.

Anyone been to a 5 Brothers hamburger joint? One just opened in Green Hills. I tried it out and it was pretty freaking good.

Hamilton says the contract will be extended back to 7 years. Compensation will be looked at over the next few weeks. He says Phil will be the coach for the forseeable future. Cites recruiting as reason for acting before the bowl game.

Unbelievable. I thought the current trend in major college athletics was having an AD that makes smart business decisions.

yeah recruting thats it.. I am sure it has nothing to do with phils $$$ friends..

I suppose it doesnt matter why at this point though.
Hopefully we win the bowl game.

Honestly, a raise and/or extension probably doesn't even matter that much. Hamilton owes his job to Fulmer; Fulmer's extremely close to the boosters who will be the ones who would ultimately have to pressure Hamilton to make a change. Those guys are going to have to turn on Fulmer for a change to be made regardless of what his contract status is.

The only thing a raise/extension does is increase the public pressure on Fulmer in case of a bowl game loss or a bad start to next year. If Hamilton and Fulmer want to defuse the situation, then it sure seems like a weird thing to push through.

Yes. 5 guys. I liked the fact that they use fresh jalapenos, rather than pickled. Offering blue cheese was also a plus. I guess they are filling the void left by the closing of Fuddruckers in the Nashville area.

We still have both Fuddruckers and 5 Guys in my area and they are both solid. If you want to fix up your own burger, go to Fudd's. If you want them to do it -- and to get more french fries than you can imagine -- go to 5 Guys.
