Ok, VolNation, I have a question about this a$$clown repeatedly invoking his rights under the fifth amendment to the Constitution. Now, I am NOT arguing about his rights to do so. What I am thinking is there may be a legal way to make him talk, but I'm not sure of the legal point. If President Trump were to pardon him for the crimes he
could be committing by answering those questions, wouldn't he be subject to legal jeopardy if he then refused to answer?
Edit: I remember there was an old case about a jewelry smuggling ring where a similar tactic was tried, but my memory fails me as to the outcome.
