VN Tailgate for Bowl Game

Is there going to be a TV for us to watch the Tiger High v Tennessee game? If so, I will probably be there. If not, I will be at a local sports bar watching the game.

That's my main concern too. If somebody has the equipment to make that happen, I'll be there with 3 of my friends for an awesome day.
I also agree that downtown there is nuts on New Years. I went about 4 years ago and had a blast. Bring lots of $$$

I also went to Atlanta Underground, which is a group of bars, and thought it sucked. Don't think just cuz a bar is called an Irish Tavern that it won't be sketchy hip-hop club where they frisk you for guns at the door. Seriously.

I'm down for the tailgate! Have we decided on a location and when? Anybody bringing anything specific or need something brought?

Depends on Santa Claus...I asked him for a slingbox for Christmas. I'll have the generator, lcd, and laptop; but won't have the dish. The slingbox will do the trick though.

I'll work on all that this weekend and try to come up with a gameplan. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated!!

IF you want a "real" tailgaite the Yellow lot on Northside is IMO the best option (for lots of tents, tvs, grills, cornhole etc) Just a couple of blocks walk to the dome. If you want a bar within seconds to the dome Taco Mac and Stats wil be your only option. They will be packed.

Not to my knowledge. (you don't for Falcons games or concerts).

I was by there this morning and the north side of the yellow lot already has about 50 rv's in there waiving UF and UA flags (sicking). Typically its first come first serve and only $10

I'm in, I've been stuck in San Antonio for the last couple years. I'd love to party with some other Vol fans, they are few and far between here.

Since you said vol fans take over the hard rock before the game do you think that wouldbe a good place to go after the game for new years eve, I am looking for plans after the game also.
