 Good job, tclowers23. Thanks for the work you do on the poll each week. Hopefully, with football winding down, we'll start to get more voters each week as well.

No problem... did you notice Georgetown with the No. 1 vote? Shocked me.

Definitely shocking, as they have a loss to Old Dominion, but if the voter thinks they're the best team, then.......................

I mean don't get me wrong, Georgetown will probably be a tough out when it comes to tournament time in March & Hibbert is tough inside, but as far as right now goes, I just don't see putting them at the top.

That's my opinion, but I'm just one person whose opinion differs a little. :)

The whole top 25 shuffled around quite a bit, but it was expected this week.

Yeah, it's kinda amazing how many "good" teams have already lost: Florida, North Carolina, Kansas, LSU, Duke, Memphis, Georgetown, Arizona, Georgia Tech, Kentucky. That's some big names there.

Indeed. The mid-majors are out in full force this season.

Hopefully, turnout isn't slow just because the Vols have already lost a couple.
I think the turnout is slow because gauging college hoops is so much more arduous than gauging football. Basketball is such a skill game that if a couple players simply have "off nights" then their team loses. Yet, it is easy to see that if they simply shot a couple of percentage points better, then they win. Very difficult task for voters.

Sorry I didn't get my poll in. Crazy weekend and crazy Monday at work. I'll have mine in next week.
