i like the spinner bait or poppers. those are fun to fish for me

I've been using artificial salamanders, very light colors, just before sun down for small mouth. Its just too hot and unproductive to go any other time. Plus all of our stock tamks are about 3-5 low right now and the weeds prevent you to use spinners.

It is currently closing in on 100 degrees here with a 60% chance of rain. Heat index predictions to be 109. Translation, its gonna be hot as hell all day, and it'll drop less than a 1/8 inch this afternoon for about 20 minutes. Maybe.

I don't think I could stand that heat for a whole summer

pushing 100 here is unbarable in the direct sun

working on the machine floor in the paper mill sucked

it was nothing for me to lose 7-8lb on a 4 day run
