James Stovall...haven't heard hardly anything about him anywhere. Made all state in TN out of Bradley Central. 6'3'' 185...1085 yd/rec 9td's in a run heavy offense..

Assuming worst case, both JJ & Brewer don't come back, we have 54 on scholarship. If we have 26 of last years commits make it in that gets us to 80 for this year. We have 11 Seniors that will bump us down to 69 at the end of this year, Which would allow us to sign 16 next year, if we lose 3 more then we could sign 19. I think at max we will sign 22 and I doubt it is even that high.

You should add a spot to see if we have the prospect has a offer or not. On that note Justin Meredith Now has a offer.

You have a point but we can't play catch up every year. Eventually that will burn us in recruiting. I believe that it is very important to jump out to a strong start this year.:twocents:

Updated. I have now removed the "Watched List" and started adding star rating from 247 as they become available.

Very good update. However this bears looking into. My local newspaper website (jacksonsun.com) is reporting the following in its paper today.....

"Crockett County senior Austin Taylor had scholarship offers to play football at UT Martin, Bethel, Lambuth, Tennessee Tech and Duke. But he won't be playing for any of them after receiving a call from the coaching staff at Tennessee about a month ago.
"They called me to see if I was interested in walking on in Knoxville," Taylor said. "And that's what I decided to do. Taylor was selected as the 2010 All-West Tennessee Offensive Player of the Year, but he was a star for the Cavaliers at both full back and linebacker. He will be a walk-on linebacker at Tennessee."

I may have overlooked his name on this site but this looks promising...

This doesn't make me feel better.

I'm just pointing out the reason we don't have a commit yet isn't because we are being "selective", it's because we are still behind on the blue chip prospects. Dooley better step up to the plate with this class.
