I'm going to go out on a whim and say that Ben Martin WILL make a big impact! He's one of the oldest players on the team and has been playing since the 08 Outback Bowl. Despite his injury I see him coming back and having a strong senior season!

I kind of agree ... will he be physically ready to get on the field or not? If he is able to run, then I think he will be an experienced veteran, strong and knowing what to do. If they don't think he will be able to contribute much at all, then I would think that would be because he is not well enough to get on the field and play SEC football at all. I think it will be one or the other, but not in-between. We wish him well.

In no way did I feel like that last year. Even with a couple funky losses, I feel last year's team actually overachieved with the lack of depth and talent we didn't have.

Marlin Lane was the biggest surprise for me. I really liked the way he played other than fumbling a punt inside the 10. Put your heels on the 10 yard line, if it goes over your head, leave it alone. I thought the O-Line did a good job for the most part. I seen some good holes that got missed by the RB and could have potentially been big gainers. Defense was about what i expected, i just hope we can improve every week. GO VOLS
