Visitors for UGA

I have been critical of Butch and this staff after the Florida game, but after reading some of coach Mathews comments and about 7 of 22 signed in 2012 are only left on roster (only 2 of 7 playing), I have backed off.

Now if we can continue to sign guys like these, it will help everyone look better and the wins should come. :crossfingers:

Butch: "Mike, I've just checked the visitor list. We've got a QB and a WR in town. I need us to actually use those positions this week."

DeBord: <sighs deeply> "Ok, I guess if we have to."

What an incredible night to get a win. The 2016 and 2017 classes will benefit for sure.

My kids went to Peachtree Ridge. Sugarloaf is just down the road and lots of pro and former pro athletes live there. I try to dress in orange and go to games in which our targets or commits are playing. Breon Dixon is a really impressive player.

Just go to any of the parks in the area on a saturday and the talent is everywhere. I forget which park Peachtree Ridge plays at but i know North Gwinnett is out at George Pierce. Derek Brown and his brother used to play out there until they got to high school. Really good family and i hope we really really impressed them today

Anyone see recruits near or at end of game? Just curious how they were reacting/interacting with players.

Crowd was dead after the first Arkansas TD. I really hate the scared nature of Tennessee fans.

If you expect bad things to occur, then they will. We need some positivity from the crowd Saturday when we hit some adversity. Not this recoiling into the fetal position which has unfortunately been common in Neyland.

More games like today will change that. At some point you have to win some. Today we did!

430 yards of total offense and five touchdowns for Josh Dobbs? Check. This was his second game in which he eclipsed 300 yards passing and 100 yards rushing. Dobbs is one of only three SEC quarterbacks to do so in a single game, a statistical category in which he leads Tim Tebow, who did it once, and trails only Johnny Manziel, who did it four times.

I don't feel quite as dumb about my screen name today as I did last week. 😄

Anyone have a complete list of who actually made it in both official and unofficial? Haven't been seeing many reliable/complete lists lately.

Saw Trey Smith and his father at the hotel Sunday morning. We made quite the impression on this young man when Volnation made Neyland explode on Saturday!

He's a huge man of a 16 yr old

Butch came over to the recruits who were seated in front row of end zone where the team was exiting. He high fives and celebrated with all the recruits. It was a classy move by the coach
