I have criticized CDD as a recruiter in the past, but looking at this list I must admit, I may have been wrong. Man, that tastes like vinegar even when I type it!

I believe CDD is going to rebuilt this team the right way. Not like our last coach that did by getting our name plastered on every news channel, national message boards, and blogs all over the country. I am very encouraged by the quantity and quality of the visitors we have this weekend. From what I have read about CDD, I am almost sure that he has a plan, all documented and up on the wall of his office, to get this football team back to competing for SEC championships again. Now this is probably a 4 year plan and he will follow it step by step. I hope we can give him the space to execute this plan because right now the Knoxville media and 50% of the posters on message boards are not giving him a chance. This is the same plan Saban used in his first year at Alabama. Shut the media out and was really distant with the fans and it turned out ok. Give CDD a chance.

all of the SECs games are Saturday iirc. that is an impressive list with all things considered.

Not true. South Carolina, LSU, and a few others have already had their spring games. I don't know the full list, but I do know that Chris Lowe has reviewed a good amount of spring games on his blog over on ESPN. Still though, it's an impressive list.

Yeah, well I don't know what they were doing really (just running around a little on green grass I guess) but USCe starts their Spring practices and game in September. They even scrimmage with us in October.

Saturday, October 30 Tennessee

:p

Auburn's is tomorrow. I'll be there (though I would rather be in Knoxville). Also you misspelled John Propst's last name. Thanks for putting the list together, LV, I was wondering about Allen Carson.

How do you get an entire Team to make the trip for a Spring Game? What kind of D1 talent is on this team?

Nash isn't coming with DaRick?

yea, I'd say he is. just haven't seen it.

Stephenson's coach told AJC last week that he bringing his whole team up.

Nigel Mitchell-Thornton is from there and last year they had 8 D-1 signees including Mike Thornton and Tyrone Cornelius.

They have at least 6 '11 guys with D-1 offers already. They have JaFar Mann in the '12 class and he is the real deal.

Thanks LV for the reply and all your hard work putting this list together.
Being is the heart of Bulldog country here in Alpharetta, it's sometimes difficult to keep up with the Orange & White.

Keep up the GREAT work.

Dont really know many '12 guys yet but from what i've heard we have alot of big names from the '11 class visiting. Hopefully this will shut up all the pessimistic people who think Dooley will only recruit 2 and 3 star guys.

Great job LV. This is an awesome list. I agree that CDD is on the right track. IMO, he definitely has a plan and he will stick to it. WE HAVE TO BELIEVE FELLOW VOL FANS!!!!!!

Looking forward to see how well this list of visitors turns into commits in the coming weeks. Let's not jump to conclusions guys if they don't commit this weekend. I hope they are thinking this through and are ready to dawn the Orange.

GBO!!!!!!!

I'm sure that Rory will find another opportunity to come in. He seems to really like UT. Sad he can't be there this weekend though.
