Hand/eye coordination. They also had to call the players' name they were pitching it to.

wrong , they are using a football. Goofey would of had them using soap for shower discipline.

Except that this is actually a good drill if you're working on hand eye coordination since anyone can catch a tipped ball or fumble. Dolly didn't do any productive drills.
