Scheme and great players only get you so far. Its the details. Its why Saban is going nuts in the fourth quarter up by 30 points because somebody didn't do something right, why their S&C coordinator is fully involved the entire 4th quarter, its why Kirby Smart is full engaged at the end like the game is still on the line.

Dooley talks about relentless pursuit of continual improvement, but doesn't seem to show it. This team needs someone that needs to understand more than schemes and personnel.

I haven't trashed our Program anytime we lose and I'm not trashing our Program now. I'm saying this coach is in over his head - it's apparent more and more with each game.

Sorry I'm not watching the games correctly.

What have you done to keep your job ? How about 100,000 people on a message board (who know 0-sh!t) about D1 athletics, much less football. Look around, the SEC caught and passed us around the time PF quit trying. Everyone needs to drop the entitlement mentality. We have MountainS to climb, not one but many and the rest of our league has a running head-start. Why did Quiffin act like such a punk? Cause he had to. Get a clue ! It took 5 years to lose our hold on the East, it will take 10 to get it back.

This is just about the most retarded defense I have seen yet for Dooley, and that is saying a hell of a lot around here.

Its been 3 years with the same results. 0 improvement.
DD fires almost all of his staff last year. Yet, amazingly we have the same results. Hmmmmmm, i wonder what the problem is. 0-14 let that sink in, 0-14 against ranked teams.
Worst defense since 1893, first back to back losing seasons since 1910-1911 wake up, the guy is in over his head.
