Would he be a possible candidate? Looks like he had a couple great years at Illinois. They had the 7th best total defense in the nation last year. Saw where he declined to stay at Illinois like a month ago when they hired a new hc. Also saw he may be heading to north Carolina. Anyone know if he actually ended up there or know if he's still on the market? Thanks.

Dang. All I saw was an article that said either rumored or speculated. So wasn't sure about it. If its true looks like we were a few days late on a possibility for a great dc.

So a couple good years track at Illinois makes him worthy of a DC job in The SEC. We need a DC with a proven track record. Tennessee is a big time job and we need someone that can make it in the SEC.
