This is the beginning of the Tree and I love that it starts with a VFL!!!
Hopefully the 1st of many. Evan Russell mentioned in a press conference a few weeks back that he’d like to get into coaching…..

Unfortunately, the NCAA makes it difficult for young coaches to get into the profession, which sucks for a lot of guys!!

Richard Jackson was the pitching version of Evan Russell, so…there is technically a student coaching job open right now…I ain’t right sure Evan is done playing yet, though.

Is a volunteer assistant really a volunteer?
All money comes from camps. They don’t receive any benefits from the University. They have big roles on the staff and is considered a full time assistant. They just can’t go on the road and recruit. They need a 3rd assistant in the sport but the NCAA is the NCAA.

NCAA has bigger fish to fry, like f*****g college kids out of a championship opportunity with their virtue signaling curtain call. Give em a break, damn.
