If moral victories counted as SEC wins we would be undefeated. Unfortunately moral victories won't get you to a bowl game. Still sticking with 4 wins.

very proud.... wish we didn't give up the big plays at first and this coulda been a nail biter! HOpe we don't have any bad injuries on Monday

Hold the course huh? For how long? Been rebuilding for how many years now. I never said we would win ten games this year, I just want to win a meaningful game at some point. If you're happy with good effort and moral victories, more power to ya

Hope this is where we pull out of the slide. A mobile QB makes a big difference, and hats off to the coaching staff for revamping the Oline.

Very very proud. Love my Vols. Kids represented everything that is great about this team , school, and tradition. Losing SUCKS, ESPECIALLY to bama, but we WILL be on the other side of these games before long and when we do it will be GLORIOUS. Keep grinding guys. Vols never. say. die.

It was sooooo tough watching our beloved Vols get down by 27 to that red team but the way they fought back and never gave up really warmed my orange heart.
The Big Orange blood is pumping and ready to win the last 4 games on our way to winning a bowl !!!!

Go VOLS !!!!!!!!

Butch has been here two seasons and has a year and a half of recruiting under his belt and a pretty good class assembled for next year. If you think Dooley recruited you are sadly mistaken. Dools was at best a mediocre coach and a crap recruiter. He left this program in shambles. I listen more than I speak on this board and have read several articles from former coaches like Sunseri who said this was a mess when he got here and was disappointed at what he was handed when he came here. Nevermind the coordinators that left or were let go. The ones that were let go had Tennessee Volunteer passion and that is what is coming back slowly and not as fast as I would like but it is showing up more and more every game.

You will not get a better opportunity to see the trolls or pseudo fans for their true selves other than Tonite. Make a note please. Because if anyone is still negative after Tonite, guess what...they will be negative after we win an sec championship. They love us to be down. We are on the way up, and there are a lot of opponents fans that want to tear us down. Trust me. I say they can kiss my arse!

Because I'm a realist who knows our team's limits. This is something that won't be fixed overnight, especially in this league.

At least we can possibly say we have a QB who brings another dimension to the offense after tonight. But keep searching for the negatives.

Great post. If it absolutely impossible to find any positives in a game like tonight, then they will always find something to complain about.
