11th best team in the SEC. Moving up to 8th next year probably gets him a ticker tape parade and a huge raise.

I'm done with it though. I think Travis is little more than a troll. On this though i think he's dead on. Tennessee should move on. The last two games showed me enough about our coach to say.... He's in so far over his head if it were water he would have drown already.

Dooley lost a lot of supporters when he lost this game , including me.

People who want to bash CT are just mad because he is hitting the nail on the head about Hamilton's stupid hire and the fact we suck terribly now and that Dooley is not the right coach. He is by far the worst coach in the sec. It is embarrassing and it is a shame. Come on people, time to swallow ur pride. I mean, when we hired him I said, Who the hell is that! We need to cut ties with this coach. I hoped he did well and I too like Clay like him, but he has had a chance to show us what kind of coach he is. Not a good one. Regardless of all the excuses. Take all that damn money and go get someone worth a dang.




















longer we keep him the longer it takes to get back to being competitive.

And about how Tennessee's defense has been worse in 2011 than it was in 2010? That's a brilliant point as well.

(FYI, 28th in total defense in 2011 after 69th in 2010)

I think he is spot on. We have a top 10 athletic budget and spend considerably less for a football coach than all the other powerhouse SEC teams. He was just one of the 1st people to recognize it and didn't hide his feelings.

Say what you want about Vandy (I hate them and Franklin) but they're in a bowl game, and we're not because we lost to Kentucky.

Vandy is in a bowl because they drew a lucky straw in their SECw rotation. CT is using half truths to convince the haters. His hero routinely does the same

and You don't care what Clay has to say. It's clear by the responses to this thread that majority agree with Clay (regardless of whether they like or dislike his as a person). You and your fellow doolaiders are the minority...
