We had to pay 175x4 or $700 for 4 tickets yesterday. I think I MAYBE paid close to that for a FL game once.

What did you guys pay? I hope I wasn't the only idiot that paid what I did. But then again for your sake I hope I am.

Wait- are you the Scalping Police and trying to get us to confess?? I won't do it, I just won't Copah!

anyone that drove to the game without tickets in hand and paid more than $75 a ticket got their head knocked off... and brought it on themselves. I am with velovol, I wouldn't have paid anything to watch that pillow fight.

I paid $700 for a 65" TV at Walmart on Thursday and watched it from my couch, you should have done the same.

I would have turned around and went home before I paid $175 per ticket to watch a game in a high school stadium. That is absurd.

I prob wouldn't either but I've paid tons to go to others. My ticket was purchased thru UT for $65.00. I once paid $160 for a practice round at the Masters and that was $300 under the going rate. All in what one is willing to pay.

I sold a tickets last year on local classifieds called theeclassifieds and after selling tickets told him to go vols and he never replied back. Noticed he was not wearing orange after I said that and was totally pissed especially the good deal I gave him. From now on I will try my best not to sell another vandy fan a ticket unless if it is at least 250 a ticket.

Got lucky and 30 min before kickoff we caught a couple wanting to stay at their tailgate to drink. For a pair we payed $180. There were a whole lot of Vol fans looking for tix too.

I've seen ridiculous prices all year long. If I don't buy tickets in advance I don't go. First game or not, I'm not paying $700 to watch the a 3 win team playing a 6 win team.

In that case, I would have paid twice what you did and never given it a second thought.

I hope he enjoyed the game.

He had a blast. He is over 70 and almost got in a fight with a douchebag who was trying to make him scoot over when he clearly had no room to do so. It was awesome seeing my old Grandpa feeling young again. Worth every cent!

Money comes and goes memories wont. I paid 90 bucks a piece for seats 10 rows from the top of the stadium for Florida this year. For a game with my dad id do it again.

You couldn't pay me enough money to ruin thanksgiving by being in a Walmart. Well you could....but it would cost you

There were more Vol fans wanting to get in than there were tickets on the street. Most were asking $175 to $250 per ticket. I paid $125 each for 2 to a Vandy fan who was selling his dad's tickets. This was the best deal I could find.

My husband just "had" to buy scalper tickets ! Bad bad call. No scalpers ! We paid $150 x 4. Sickening . Wish we had played a better game for that amount! Worst part was all the empty student seats they could have at least released day of game! Either way GBO!!!!

Next year lets not sell a ticket to vandy fans and that includes scalpers too... unless you really burn their ass.

Got mine free from ex-vandy player who is my father-in-law. He gave up after the Vandy/Mass game.

We should have flooded the student section anyway! :)

We should do it in solidarity for the prices they charge us for tickets those dirty, heartless bastards.

It is nice that season ticket holders can buy away tickets for face. Hmm... Maybe I can start a cottage industry as a reseller to those with a lot of disposable cash
