Vandy Rivals mods Investigating Dooley's recruiting tactics

Hey guys! How much would it suck to be a Vandy signee, only to get to campus and realize that your high school team had better facilities? Vandy is the paper that the SEC wipes its butt with.

I like to think they are the poop stuck like concrete on the side of the toliet by the drain, that requires a scrub brush to get rid of.

With this new found excitement it will be hard to get tickets. Walking past the rowdy tailgaters will be unbearable.:birgits_giggle:
Little did we know Vandys tickets are available at the ticket booth on game day. Whodathunkit.

That's why I hate vu with such Passion, they are such a bunch of vaginal blood farts...I want the Dooley to beat them 75-0 and I still would be mad because it wasn't 76. I effing hate vandy, I hope they lose at everything.

And I thought I was the only one that felt this way.

Honestly have never cared what went on with Vandy until this offseason. Grady has made me hate them with a passion.

It's freakin Vanderbilt. They will win 3 or 4 games...if that. Have they EVER had a winning season?

Also, I didn't know they had a message board.

Does a Vandy ticket scalper qualify as an oxymoron?

A few years ago, my buddy and I decided to walk from my house to watch the Vandy season opener (they started a week before UT, I think they were playing USCjr.). So we walk to the stadium, thinking we would pick up some tickets on the street. It takes us forever to find someone selling tickets, and he wants something like $75 a piece. There's no way we're paying this much for tickets, even though this is one of those years that Vandy is supposed to be good, so we start to walk back to my house. This is when my buddy spots a kiosk, with no line, where we go and buy a game ticket from the Vanderbilt sports dep't. We then walk in and watch a game with a 3/4 full stadium. There were no scalpers because the product never made it to the streets.

Per TOS, in an attempt to sell more tickets the Vanderbilt athletic department has hired the employees of the contributor to sell single game tickets.

We walked up to the ticket office at this years game and got tickets . Waited maybe 5 minutes. We thought we would have to get some from a scalper. We talked to a few and then Tim calls the ticket office and they had plenty.

Not to be creating argument here but they had a winning season in 2008 most recently.

Then followed that with two 2-10 seasons and before 2008 the last time they had a winning record was 1982 where they went 8-4 and lost to Air Force in the Hall of Fame Bowl.

Your source is wrong - Vanderbilt doesn't have an athletic department:birgits_giggle:
