I don't know if there's any truth to any of these potential transfers but if so, then we've got a problem. It's one thing to have role players transfer, but when you start having key players transfer, that means there's a problem. If these kids don't like this coaching staff, that's not going to change with future classes.

With an 8-4 season coming off a win streak, it doesn't seem like a time to worry about our coaching situation, but if this or Jalen turns out to be true, then this coaching staff has a problem and therefore, the Vols have a problem.

Is there any chance that other teams and their fans and coaching staff are stirring up these rumors to keep us down? Conspiracy theorist got let out of his cage for a minute...

If these guys are gonna transfer then I wish they would just go already. Dont play in the bowl game or give the fans reason to be excited. Just gtfo and make room for guys who WANT to play here.

I was very clear that I didn't know who's leaving and who's not. My own opinion is that I don't see Phillips or Hurd transferring but when I hear these rumors, it does make me worry. Given the past few years of being a Vols fan, how can you not? And I don't see that as being pessimistic...I just said that if the rumors are true, then we have a problem, but at this point they're just rumors and nothing more (aside from potential draftees, but that does not indicate a problem imo, rather the opposite) Until I see any verified reports of unhappiness from players or major transfers, I won't believe it, but I am allowed to be concerned with such things.

No way this kid transfers to play at a juco team only to go back to another SEC school. If anything, he plays at UT next year and then declares for the NFL. Stupid season in full effect

Sadly, "the sky is falling" crowd only read the posts that help their belief. They don't take the time to read the informed posts that debunk them.

Maybe when you say "have been," but I wouldn't say that this year or expectations past this year. Two teams going in opposite directions, and TN is trending in the good direction.
