They should have let them plant the flag. This team deserves it, they are horrible at every position except for punting.....go figure.

So from the sounds of the comments of some then they should have just let them do it? What the hell ever. That should NEVER happen and they did what was necessary.

They couldnt stop them during the game, but stopped some silly antic afterword and that makes you feel better? Cool

"What was necessary", I must not be seeing the same video as you are, it looked like a few words were exchanged, maybe a push or two, but let's not make this out to be a real "Fight". Although, our team may have considered it a fight. I just wish they actually knew what a fight was, we may have won at least one SEC game this year.:hi:

After last year, I think they've become accustomed to kicking our ass-as has every SEC team we've played this year
That is EVERY SEC TEAM WE'VE PLAYED THIS YEAR....pathetic.

This is sad! You lose like lil children then try to man up about the flag!! Whatever. Vandyhas won 4 of 6 against us. It's time to win the state back.

This might have been the first game of the year following a loss I didn't see a bunch of our players smiling and laughing after the game when shaking hands with the other team. I remember when Tennessee players were shocked and ticked off when they lost a game. Now we smile and laugh with the other teams who just whipped us. This program, administration and team is a disgrace to the power T. Vanderbilt planting their flag in the middle of the field may have elevated our program's status.

It's sad we lost but I'm proud of the Vols for not letting Vandy plant a flag. Watching Oklahoma plant their flag at Ohio State was just bad.

Probably had more to do with planting a flag than defending their territory. I doubt many of these players care about being the lost season at TN. I Hope they can get their degrees in something other than sports.
