Depends on how practice goes in my opinion, now that Stephens will be treated as starter.

Because the NIU game has bearing on how terrible South Carolina is. Or how Vandy only managed 4 more points than we did against Auburn. Or how neither Kentucky or Alabama could break 20.

Being real is realizing that they play the games for a reason. It's not like every team left on our schedule is some 800 pound Gorilla...in fact none may be as good as advertised.

With a QB getting his first start, playing a team committed to keeping the ball away from us and schemed to stop the run above all else.

Stephens can sling the ball. Georgia won't be able to crowd the box and pray we don't open it up. NIU had the advantage of knowing we'd open it up as little as possible to get our QB up to game speed.

Guys... I don't care if they commited to stoping the run...the fact is they did stop us and all teams have stoped us and they will continue to stop us I don't like it either but the truth hurts!

And why are you leaving out the gamecocks? They just beat the Rebs at home, who beat the Gators at home the week before that.

We also scored 12 against the best defense we will face all year.

Vandy- yes


My yes's do NOT mean that I think the Vols are definetely going to beat these teams, just that they have a chance. :ermm:

I think you all are underestimating us alot...I think we should be SC, KY and Vandy because the offense will have had plenty of time to gel under stephens and he should be much improved. I do believe we will have a tough time beating UGA and BAMA but it is possible...I still haven't lost faith on us running the table and ending up in ATL...it aint over yet baby!

If UF goes down to LSU and we take out UGA, then we're all tied for 2nd in losses in the East, but we'd still have to wait out 2 more Vandy losses...
