Vandy Fan Code of Conduct

I’ve said it before but most people don’t believe me, Vandy fans are the literal worst. I’ve been treated better in Tuscaloosa, Gainesville, and even Athens than I have been treated at Vanderbilt

My guess would be it's because while we're a rivalry game to Alabama, Georgia, and Florida, we are the Super Bowl to Vandy, the whole ball of wax. And it probably frosts them to no end that we don't feel remotely the same way about them.

Well, that convinces me not to take the grandchildren to the Vandy games.
That kind of language is not suitable for pre-teens.

Sad because we West Tennesseeans don't get much chance to see the Vols.
Unless they're home-schooled, they're not going to hear anything at a college sports event that they aren't hearing daily in school.

I tell my wife that all the time. Give Vandy a little success (NIL, actually) and they believe they're world beaters. And if anyone would dare doubt them, that Peabody High intellect suddenly begins to sound very street-level.....almost Commode Dore level. 💩;)

Candy fans are the nastiest people Ive ever encountered at away games. Downright disgusting behavior. Have had 2 incidents at their little gym where the police probably should've been involved.

The fact that it came loud and clear through my tv was crazy. Trashy behavior.
Two Vandy fans who are relatively young and graduated from Vandy in 2018, were sitting behind me. They were really cool and embarrassed by the student section. We all have that group of fans…it just seems like Vandy’s has grown lately. It’s the sanctimonious and elitist attitude that makes it even more annoying and trashy.

It is. And it’s why us doing it to Kiffin during the '21 OM game disappointed me. It is intellectually lazy and unproductive. Come up with something creative that will actually get in their heads.
Mustard bottles and golf balls.

As much as I loathe vandie⁷, I admit to having a few friends who are fans of a the commode-doors; those are nice folks, too. (Ssshhhh
..you didn't hear it from me, Coach Cafego). 🤫

I took my pre-teen kids and my whole research group to the baseVols game vs bama a few years back when Tony V got thrown out. We were on the third base side right behind the ump who Tony V bumped and threw him out. Woo-boy was there some interesting language that day 🫣
