Not sure how much you know about nashville but it is comprised of Davidson, Sumner, Williamson, Wilson, and Robertson.

It's almost 2 million.

Defining a city by its suburbs is just stupid. Nashville is Davidson County, and he was correct. The pop is ~600k.

Not sure how much you know about Nashville cuz this is completely wrong.

Nashville is Davidson county. The market is much larger, but you don't include a market in a city's size. Metro is Nashville and it completely exists inside Davidson county. You can throw cities such as Madison, Hendersonville, Bordeaux, Inglewood, Antioch into that, but they are all inside Davidson county.

What part of Robertson or Wilson county is even considered a "suburb" of Nashville?

Hendersonville is Sumner.

I will make a ban or sig bet with anyone who wants to that we will finish ahead of Vandy in the recruiting rankings

Like I said in the Dawson and Head thread, Vandy is doing some work boys.

I found it kind of odd when some of the highly recruited guys in our state are talking up Vandy. It caught me by surprise but it is obvious that Franklin is a man on a mission.

Our state always produces top talent, everybody knows that. Some of those recruits also like to go to a school that provides a top notch education as well as a solid football program. Vandy can become the Stanford of the SEC if the administration gets behind the football program.

I'm kind of glad to see Vandy getting some good press.

Vandy stinks! Always has, always will. Be lucky to finish over 500 for the rest of this century. Now next century, they may get a game over 500.

OK it is official, they are cheating. As I have said I am not hating. I just do not buy A COACH WITH ZERO HEAD COACHING EXPERIENCE, A PROGRAM WITH ZERO RELEVANCE IN WELL OVER 30 YEARS, ZERO FACILITIES, AND TOUGH ACADEMIC ADMISSIONS TO COME TO VANDY. I can understand a program like Miss. State because they invest into the program, but Vandy? I do not think they will be able to hold onto these commitments, but I guess time will tell. GBO!

I'm getting the same vibe down here. Vandy is more of a player in Georgia than Tennessee is, believe it or not.

Yeah heard that.... check last year's recruiting class. We got big time players out of Georgia and we'll get more this year. Chill with the Vandy non sense. When the season starts Vandy will show us exactly what they are. Which is the baby brother......Stop with all the shenanigans folks.

Even if vandy could recruit, how many will pass the admissions test along with staying academically eligible?

I'm just saying......

Don't sleep on these guys. You'll see what I mean as we approach February. They've never had it going like they seem to have it going now.

The problem with all these recruits is, when Vandy drops 9 or 10 games, they will be jumping ship.

Lol, wtf. I know we'd be fine without those players, but seriously, this is hilarious.

This has nothing to do with Vandy's new "recruiting zeal," but I actually think Vandy will beat us again well before Kentucky will...
