As they say in Texas, Franklin is all hat and no cattle. How many of his 3 star commits will be picked off by other teams before signing day? Doesn't matter. Vandy is still Vandy.

Also, Tennessee's stadium could never be described as "cute".

That's about the only descriptor I can think of for Vandy's.

That is very typical Vandy. I have lived in the Nashville area all my life. They win one game, or get one recruit, and suddenly they are contenders . Dudley Field is a dump. I cannot believe someone would actually even compare it to Neyland. I have always said that I could pull for Vandy when they are not playing Tennessee except their fans are so obnoxious over nothing. I hope they lose every game they play.

Just to help out and contribute to the many excellent responses, here's a list of a few additional options:

a) Just laugh. Hard.
b) "Scoreboard?" (The same response any Vol should give when UT is up 38-3 in the third quarter and a Vandy linebacker lays out a receiver and stands over him jumping up and down acting like he's made his first tackle ever)
c) "Whatever dude." (Usually inadequate and limited, but here, highly appropriate, best done while sadly shaking your head and walking away)
d) As many have said, you must make a bet. Money won is better than money earned, especially when won from a loud mouth trash-talking chump who has nothing to talk-trash about other than false bravado. Make the bet large and make it hurt. Betting UT over Vandy is much better than betting pocket aces.

Now, go show that guy back to his 2-10 locker room.

Their previous class had more "stars?". Am I missing something? Our previous class was top 15, and theirs was 12th in the SEC. We had 12 four stars. They had none.

I've always thought they were kinda difficult to pick out. You know, scattered and peppered throughout the stadium in such small quantities and all...

I think its funny how he's dogging on Neyland being "trash" and "so old." Maybe that's because we have tradition and actually a football history to be proud of. Besides, if he's dogging on Neyland, then he's obviously never been to the aluminum can stadium of Vanderbilt and has no idea of our renovations.

Huh?? Our 11th ranked class had no stars but vandys class did? Were they even in the top 50? I would bet every penny I have that TN will have a higher rankd class again this year..this is a dumb argument

Our fans seem pretty easily offended. How anyone could get worked up by trash talk from Vanderbilt is beyond me.

He meant that Vandy had more two stars in the previous class.
