Vanderbilt assistant responds angrily

Oh, I'm quite informed. I know that UT has a lot of talent. Their major problem was coaching. To go along with their talent, they now have the coaching staff that beat UL 2/3 times, and played the third time into overtime with less/equivalent talent.

Uninformed per college athletics is the person that thinks a Big East UL team has ANY shot at winning it all this season.

I will be hoping they actually do move to the ACC

Louisville is unquestionably the more talented team this season. But, please, continue to think that Butch Jones' beating Louisville while at Cincinnati would translate into a victory this season.

Additionally, Louisville has a much greater chance of winning the national championship than Tennessee. Check the odds!

Also, no hoping necessary. Louisville is, in fact, going to the ACC. Someone who's "quite informed" would probably know that.

LOL...

He actually thinks UL would beat Tennessee....

Haha

Louisville is unquestionably the more talented team this season. I'll be sure to mock you after each and every Tennessee loss, though. I'm thinking I may get my first opportunity when the Vols play Petrino.

How in the world does Louisville have more talent then Tennessee?

Louisville finishes in the 60s at recruiting
Tennessee finishes In the 20s.

Not to mention we are ranked 4th ATM.

Louisville is returning a preseason Heisman-candidate QB, their two top receivers and their two top running backs. All in all, they're returning 15 starters from the team that won the Sugar Bowl.

Tennessee's returning only 13 starters from last year's awful squad, the two best receivers and starting QB not among them.

It's obvious to anyone without a subpar UTC education that Louisville is more talented.

1. You're Qb was not a Heisman Candidate in 2012.

2. All I heard was, "we have returning 2 star talent."

Like I said, If Butch Jones can beat you with 2-3 star talent almost 2/3. (Almost 3/3) he will take you to the shed with 3-4 star talent.

Soon to be 5 star talent. (Look at our 2014 roster)

I didn't say that Bridgewater was a Heisman candidate coming into last season... is reading that difficult for you?

Louisville may not have the class rankings that Tennessee does, but their classes are sure as hell panning out better. The #4 class means nothing if everyone turns out to be a bust.

Lol ok.......

You are a 3rd tier football program In a 3rd tier conference. That's a fact, you can't even debate that. Next year you will be a 3rd tier football program in a 2nd tier conference.

He just thinks they are relevant because the school has won a couple of championships lately in OTHER sports. You are still in Kentucky, you are still at this moment in the Big East. This is like a small dog picking on a tiger. Get real kid.

3rd tier programs don't typically have last season's Sugar Bowl victory on their resume. It's okay, though. Keep pretending that being in the best conference means that you're still relevant.

You realize that the University of Tennessee isn't located in Liechtenstein, right? One of the strangest things I've heard from fans of nearly every SEC school is the old retort "Y'all are from *insert state here*, why don't you go marry your cousins!"

It's the South. Tennessee's one of the nicer southern states without a doubt, but let's not delude ourselves here.

You all are an anomaly for sure, but a third-tier program nonetheless.

Woah, woah... I didn't say Louisville is first-tier! Louisville is climbing the second-tier. On the unlikely chance that they win the national title they won't be first-tier, but riding the success of that or back-to-back BCS bowl wins certainly has the Cardinals on a nice path heading into a better conference.

Who the heck are you, Mr. Joined-in-March-2013?

--note: I have almost two years on you.

On the unlikely chance that they win the national title quoted. Ya think?

Hey, look, I even gave you an extra!

You are so confused you listed notre dame twice. And lmao @ your "list".

That schedule has to be a joke. No way they play a cupcake every week. :eek:lol: :eek:lol:

I really wish that an SEC team could have agreed to open the season against Louisville so the Cardinals' dominance of the conference wouldn't be limited to just the Kentucky game and whomever the Cards play in a BCS bowl.

(Not Tennessee, though. That's on par with playing Kentucky in football.)

Which is it? Louisville is climbing up to be a 2nd tier team or they now have dominance over the SEC for beating Kentucky and a lack luster Florida team? :ermm:

Louisville should go undefeated with the powder puff league schedule they have but when all is said and done this football season they will have teams with 2 losses ranked above them. I wouldnt be surprised to see a 3 loss team ranked above them.
