Vander Blue to Vols???

Its my understanding that him and Jerrod Maymon are best friends and the reason why Vander Blue chose Marquette was so they could play together there.. Now with Jerrod Maymon coming here any way we can get Vander Blue to decommit from Marquette?? Hes supposed to be really good.. Originally commited Verbally to Wisconsin( Hes from Madison so maybe Pearl has some wisconsin pull).. I know we don't need any more guards but I figure the deeper we are the better.. Thoughts from recruiting experts?

According to Mark Miller of the Wisconsin Sports Network, Jerrone Maymon might be on his way to Tennessee and that Vander Blue's mother has stated that Vander is still going to play for Marquette despite his best friend leaving the team.

Also, Marquette issued a statement that we will have to wait until Thursday for Buzz Williams and the rest of the team to address Maymon's departure.

I wouldn't think we would want another guard not named Josh Selby.

Rivals says he's signed his LOI, I'd assume that's incorrect hence the above quoted article?

I live in Milwaukee and he did sign a LOI..... and his mother did state that he will stay at Marquette...

after all that Marquette has gone through this year, they aren't going to let him go....

Jerrod Maymon? If your going to post a rumor that is over two months old and dead, atleast get OUR players name right.
