Our defense is still good. We're just hobbled. There is a difference. No team is going lose 4 defensive starters and still turn out an elite defense.

Maybe - too early to tell. Richt won a LOT of big games . . . But could never get over the hump. Some of that was bad luck.

If CJH is Mark Richt . . . He will end up as one of the best to ever Coach here.

With a little luck he could win it all.

Maybe we should kick the tires on VT’s cornerbacks? If McCoy is not going to play and is now looking forward to the NFL draft (rumors - but sensible rumors) . . . And I think it’s obvious Gibson can’t come back . . . We need help.

If you can't understand that missing 4 defensive starters has an affect on how our defense plays, then yes, you don't understand football.

So...we are the only team that misses players...misses starters? Do you you complain that they never call holding or PI on the teams we play? Love the excuses.

I would say we are one of the only SEC teams that is missing 4 defensive starters, including the best CB in the nation , yes.

The caveat in that statement is "being academically eligible and a program that would accept them". I don't believe either of those would happen, especially the eligibility issue.

UGA had a freshman playing on the backend of their defense...2 freshman playing on the OL big part of the game. Wonder if they are making excuses for winning? They had injured players.

Heupel has 23 earlier enrollees....coach them...develop them and by gosh play them. Youth isn't an excuse in year 5. Why can't we find a safety that can run and cover? Why does Boo Boo Carter let the slot WR inside on a LB blitz? Bad technique...bad coaching.

you believe he was coached to use bad technique? There is no player on this earth that has ever played with perfect technique always. None.

Breakdowns in technique happen except maybe not in video games. Never played a video game so don't know about that.

Gets your ass beat in nut cutting time too. Same with having dumb ass linemen jump off sides in nut cutting time....Same having your safety 25-30 yards back when they are running it up our asses. Let's don't even talk about our linebacker Corp in year 5.

Not always.. Georgia had many instances of poor techinique and won.. Brazzell two long TDs examples of it..

No. I know for fact that UGA did not have 4 starting defenders missing, much less their best defender.
